How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Communitieshad Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Communitieshad Restoration
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They handle their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please note that Communitieshad Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@communitieshad.living and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
First, we will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. This may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
