Grow Your Restoration Business
Communitieshad Restoration is a referral service. It sends homeowner calls to independent providers in the Greater Madison area. This is not a job posting. There are no employee positions. It is a way for contractors to receive calls from homeowners who need water damage or mold service.
You keep your own business, your own crews and your own pricing.
Who We Are Looking For
The network suits independent providers who:
- Handle water extraction, structural drying and basement cleanup
- Serve Madison or towns in the Greater Madison area
- Are comfortable working on older homes with aging materials and past repairs
- Can take calls from homeowners and explain the plan clearly
Bungalows, ranch homes and frame houses from many decades are common here. Experience with full basements and sump pump problems is useful.
What We Expect
Homeowners trust the network to treat them fairly. Providers are expected to:
1. Hold the licenses and insurance their area requires 2. Answer referred calls and follow up 3. Give written quotes with a clear scope 4. Document damage with photos and notes 5. Be honest about what needs to be done and what does not 6. Dry it right, and check behind walls before closing anything up
Providers do not make claims about arrival times or insurance coverage that they cannot back up.
How to Apply
Send a short email to contact@communitieshad.living with:
- Your business name and the towns you serve
- The services you offer
- Your license and insurance details, where they apply
- The easiest way to reach you (phone or email)
The next step is a conversation about fit, service area and how referrals work.
